I don't think it that way, but I do this. That's why I like to live on my own and now that I'm temporarily back at my parent's basement (not stereotypic at all), I'm too stubborn to do anything they TELL me to do.

It's a problem, since I really feel I should do it, but I don't want to do it, because then they think I did it because they told me to.
Make any sense?

Thats EXACTLY how I am. If I want to do something willingly, then you tell me I need to do it, it will assuredly NEVER happen.

That's exactly me.

I don't need someone to tell me what to do. I can do it on my own, damnit. And if you tell me to do it, then I won't just out of spite.
